We're crushing it!

Money isn’t everything in life, but in politics, early money is critically important because it’s the metric the media uses to determine viability and news coverage.  And thanks to supporters like you, Gavin is the frontrunner in the race to partner with President Trump as the Republican nominee for New Mexico’s open U.S. Senate seat!

Americans for Tax Reform: End Double Taxation of Tribal Energy

Dear Member of Congress: I write to urge support for legislation that would end double taxation on job creators operating in Indian reservations. Indian reservations are lands managed by a federally recognized Native American tribe. Tribes are governments with the power to tax, but because tribal land is held in trust with the U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs, tribes cannot impose property taxes. In Cotton Petroleum Corp. v. New Mexico, the Supreme Court held that states can impose taxes on non-Indians engaging in activity on the reservation, even if the state provides no benefit or incentive for the commercial activity to occur.

Romney FAILS in Impeachment

Trump Derangement Syndrome started even before Donald Trump beat the socks off Hillary Clinton. So did Washington D.C.’s plans to impeach him.  They know they can’t beat Trump at the ballot box this year, so they thought they could use impeachment to permanently block him from running again.  And Mitt Romney (RINO-Utah) went right along with their coup every step of the way.

Watch Gavin on OANN!

Last week, Gavin went on One American News Network to talk about our dangerous southern border, the crisis Democrats are intentionally ignoring.  That’s why he went on air to share what it’s really like to live on the border and why building the wall is STILL so important.

The Case Against Impeachment

GUEST COMMENTARY Published December 18, 2019 By Dr. Gavin Clarkson, Esq. (Choctaw) Americans from all backgrounds understand the principle of fairness. Indian Country has experienced plenty of unfairness and has certainly learned that elections have consequences. After hard-fought tribal elections, unfortunately, the losing side sometimes refuses to concede and works to undermine the winning side until the next election. A similar self-defeating pattern now rears its ugly head at the national level.

Buttigieg to Pro-Life Democrats: Inclusion for me, not for thee!

“Unborn children have never had a stronger defender in the White House,” President Trump told us at last week’s March for Life in Washington, D.C.  My former boss is exactly right, and that statement pretty much frames the choice pro-life voters in both parties face in 2020: Do you want to keep the strongest defender unborn children have ever had in the White House, or not? For me, that’s an incredibly easy answer. Mainstream media darling Mayor Pete Buttigieg evidently agrees.
